This virtual meeting in December 2024 focused on LGBT+ inclusion and included an update on what happened at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) and the Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference (CPC) a few months beforehand. Stephen Twigg, Secretary-General of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA), gave his summary and then there was an open Q&A session.

The webinar also allowed parliamentarians to discuss how to strengthen the British Islands and Mediterranean Region (BIMR) LGBT+ network. They were able to explore possible next steps to advance LGBT+ rights and inclusion across the region.

The webinar was an interactive space for sharing experiences and views, and for identifying ways to collaborate on promoting equality and inclusion.
