The seminar covered a range of topics on parliamentary work, from standing orders to public outreach. The sessions invited Members to explore practical strategies for working across party lines, questioning techniques for committees, and maintaining transparency and accountability in a small legislature.

The seminar was delivered in collaboration between CPA UK and the Monsterrat Legislative Assembly, to ensure that sessions were relevant and useful. Overall, participants showed an average 28% improvement in understanding across all areas of the seminar, with the most significant gains in cross-party cooperation.
